The Vascular Plants Diversity of the Batı Akdeniz Agricultural Research Institute Aksu Campus

This floristic research was carried out to determine the composition of Batı Akdeniz Agricultural Research Institute campus located in Aksu district Antalya (Türkiye). As a result field studies, total 225 plant taxa belonging 61 families and 182 genera, which 32 are cultivars, were identified. Only one endemic species documented present study. The have largest number area Fabaceae 31 (13.8%), Asteraceae 26 (11.6%), Poaceae 18 (8.0%). In terms phytogeographic region, with Mediterranean (25.5%) multi-regional elements or phytogeographically unknown (72.6%) abundant. biological spectrum flora according Raunkiaer life forms shows that Theropyhtes (49.8%) predominant.
